ESF Junior Researcher Group "Swarm Inspired Methods for Optimization, Self-organisation, and Ressource Efficiency"

The Junior Researcher Group developes new swarm inspired methods for the areas of optimization, self-organisation and ressource efficiency. One aim is the optimization of processes in production and logistics. Another aim is the improvment of decentraly organised of self-organized intelligent systems. The Junior Researcher Group is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Free State of Saxony (Funding Period: February 2012 - December 2014).
